A little bit down this few day...everything almost go in backlane...wipe plate glass etc...lolz...funny izit...few like learn nothing except clear set and wipe...>< want to go to fine dining...i ask the supervisor today...he want me to join...but he worry this will make my supervisor unhappy...so...~ dunno thn...haizz...sad ar~ guess i have to use my free time and off day to work as casual worker when i go in front office thn...16 hour per day work...>< nvm...can try...
btw...jz noe that, wai kit's gf had pass away...although i'm not really noe him...but i hope he can get through this...i understand the feeling...of losing someone we care and love...be strong man... i will appreciate the people that i care and love from now onwards for i will not get myself regret on anything...
today i make her angry again...haha...this few day keep make her angry...maybe me myself also alot of 'fire' inside...anyway...i love her...so...thts all...

Apologies

Recently, i realise i do owe her alot of apology...she had done alot for me...but me...i seems done nothing for her and keep disappointed her...and she...keep stay with me and keep forgive me without any conditions...many time i want to apology...but it cant say out from my mouth though it do came out from my heart...yet i counldt say it out...I'm sorry for letting u disappointed many times...i'm sorry for being so selfish everytime...and i'm sorry for hurting ur feeling...yet, i'm sorry for everything that i've done that let u down...i'm sorry...
one thing that i do realise about me is...i seems to like her mentioning bout me in her blog but i'm not doing it for her....so...from now onwards...i will try to mention as much as i can bout her as i can in my blog...lastly...I LOve YoU

Learning, training and yet beautiful gals wondering...xD

Yep...this article is bout training again...this time...the good one...yesterday i've learned how to make a coffee latte and cappuccino from the captain...haha...and i've try to make a latte on the spot...he say he will give grade B++...not bad for the first...i will try nxt time to make it better...and today i've try to make cappuccino too upon guest's request...although not really nice...but they still like it...xD will try harder nxt time...its weired tht i dun like to drink coffee but i like making it...xD btw...i really get used to the coffee house now...setting,clearing,wiping,polishing...etc....and i think i started to like it...and started to think tht the training period is too short for me to enjoy and try all the department...it should be given 6-8 months....thn i can learn more...and find out which department suite me most...but...nvm...at least i can try few...too bad i can jz go coffee house for training for f&b...but i will used my off day and spare time to work as casual worker at 1885 which is fine dining and farquhar bar there...haha...waiting for it...tht mean i have to work from 8am to 11pm or sometimes 1am...lolz...gonna get scold by mom...><...at least i feel comfortable there in E&O...its like my 2nd home nw...xD spend quite a long time there...btw...hopefully my request to join housekeeping will be accepted...thn i should be able to join all department...haha...lastly...galssssssss...................i notice there is alot of kanojyo there...everyday i can see a bunch of garu there...haha...seriously charm and pretty...hope this whole training i can continue this kind of life everyday(someone will get angry and say:Bu Ke Yi!!!)...haha...till here thn...xD

A trainee? or a labor?

Today while i was wiping glass...the executive chef approached and talk to me...he ask whether wiping glass can learn anything...your college never tought u how to wipe glass?you come here to train and to learn...but wiping glass we can learn it by one day...instead, we are doing it every single day...they are making us like a labor and they are not training us...said chef Bob. From him, if we go in kitchen, its different, at least we learn how to fried an egg and making better and better over the time, and when we go overseas, we can take care of our meal...yea...sorta...he may be right, but what can we do, we are trainee, maybe a future hotelier, and maybe will supervise or manage ppl...so...for me...lets start from basic and get all the skill...at least when we are in higher level position...we can show to staff that we know all the basic and we study diploma not for the theory only...and at least...we could get ourself some respect...so...i dun mind if i need to do all the basic and simple and sometimes complicate things...as long as it is a part of the training that can train me as well as improves me...i will do it!!

ok...long time again i did not post...so...1st thing...our snake san are back...he stay in my room for like 3 weeks...lolz...and training had started...2nd week nw...and i'm getting use to it...no bad...a lot of disted student had position there...and they really took care of us too...yesterday nite...i finally meet my first japanese customer after the japanese class...not really much interaction...but...one of them taught me hw to pour a wine...xD haha....its bcz the way i do was wrong...so nw...gt more info with it...xD btw...hope hr approve my request...haha...thn i can try all the department d...xD till here thn...
